1. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive license to download and view only those materials that are expressly provided as downloads on the Sites (for example, worksheets, templates, and other resources you receive when you enroll in a program or sign up for a free resource). You may not copy, modify, or download any other Site content—attempts to bypass protections or use workarounds to download protected material are strictly prohibited. This license ends immediately if you violate these terms, and upon termination you must destroy any downloaded files in your possession.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
All materials across the Sites are provided “as is.” AdjusterTV Network, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement). We do not guarantee the accuracy, results, or reliability of Site use or linked sites.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AdjusterTV Network, LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Sites, even if notified of possible damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those provisions may not apply to you.
4. Changes and Updates
Materials on the Sites may contain errors or be outdated. AdjusterTV Network, LLC may revise or remove content at any time without notice, with no commitment to update.
5. External Links
We’re not responsible for content on third‑party sites linked from our Sites. Links do not imply endorsement and use is at your own risk.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Montana law, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions.
Because our courses, programs, memberships, and certifications deliver instant access to digital content and bonuses, all sales are final.

Chargebacks and disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal results in immediate suspension of access to all programs, courses, memberships, certifications or other products or services offered. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with unsuccessful or reversed payments.
By enrolling in any AdjusterTV program, you agree that tuition is a single obligation. A payment plan is a convenience to satisfy that obligation over time and is not a month-to-month subscription that can be canceled to avoid the remaining balance.
Payment plans and billing
If you choose a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the full tuition is paid. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. We may use automated retries and notices if a payment fails.
Access during a payment plan
Enrollment grants immediate access to the training materials. If a payment fails, program access may be paused. Access will be restored once your account is brought current (i.e., all past-due installments are successfully paid). Repeated or extended delinquency may require payment of the remaining balance before access is reinstated.
Certification and IA firm referrals
Certification, digital credentials, and referrals to IA firms are available only after tuition is paid in full and all program requirements are met. If you pay in full at enrollment, eligibility begins as soon as you pass the required assessments. If you are on a payment plan, eligibility begins after your final installment clears and your account is in good standing (no past-due balance, no active dispute, and compliance with program policies).
Revocation for Cause
We may delay, deny, revoke, or rescind certification, digital credentials, or referral eligibility at any time, in our sole discretion, if we determine you are not meeting professional, ethical, or program standards. Reasons may include misconduct or unprofessional behavior; harassment or abuse; dishonesty or misrepresentation; plagiarism or exam integrity violations; unsafe, unethical, or noncompliant field practices; violations of laws, carrier guidelines, or confidentiality obligations; non-payment or payment disputes; or other material violations of these Terms.
Third-party financing
If you finance through a third party (e.g., PayPal, Affirm, or similar), your financing agreement is between you and that provider. Our certification and referral eligibility rules still apply and are based on the program tuition being paid in full to AdjusterTV Network, LLC. All sales remain final as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
