9. REFUNDS & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our programs, certifications, memberships, and workshops, or similar and the instant access to and/or live delivery of related materials and bonuses, we are unable offer refunds. It is not possible to transfer your place inside any program, certification, membership, workshop or similar, and no refund in full or part will be offered should the materials or programs not be accessed, attended, or completed in full by you.

Recurring monthly or annual Memberships subscriptions may be cancelled anytime inside the user’s membership dashboard, or by emailing us at mathew@adjustertv.com. Membership subscriptions must be canceled prior to the auto renewal date to avoid charges. If you forgot to cancel your membership, you must reach out to us at mathew@adjustertv.com within 7 days of the renewal date and your membership activity logs must show that you have not accessed the membership content since before the renewal date in order to receive a refund.

By signing up for a free trial and entering your payment details you agree to being automatically billed the reoccurring subscription fee associated with your selected plan until such a time as you have cancelled your membership. Cancellation requests may take up to 1 business day to process and if made too close to the renewal date, may not take effect until after your payment method has been automatically billed. If this should occur, please reach out within 7 business days to request a refund.
